These Terms & Conditions apply to the Mystery Lane Treasure Hunt promotion run by Novelty Vending Global (NVG) on Hot Wheels branded vending machines located throughout the country. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms:
1. Promotion Overview:
- The Mystery Lane Treasure Hunt promotion involves one shelf in select Hot Wheels branded vending machines filled with Hot Wheels vehicles placed inside mystery bags.
- Each mystery bag is priced at $5 AUD and the purchaser cannot see the vehicle inside prior to purchase.
2. Rare Car Inclusion and Odds:
- 1 in 10,000 mystery bags may contain a rare Hot Wheels treasure hunt vehicle with an estimated value of up to $1,000 AUD.
- NVG will use reasonable efforts to include rare Hot Wheels vehicles identified as part of the official Hot Wheels Treasure Hunt series. The value of $1,000 AUD is an estimate based on current secondary market valuations and may vary.
- Premium and collector vehicles may also be included in the mystery bags at NVG’s discretion.
3. Placement and Availability:
- Mystery Lane shelves will be available in Hot Wheels branded vending machines operated by Novelty Vending Global across the country.
- The promotion will continue while supplies last and availability may vary by location.
4. No Guarantees of Rarity or Value:
- Purchasing a mystery bag does not guarantee receiving a rare vehicle.
- NVG makes no warranties regarding the rarity, market value, or condition of the Hot Wheels vehicles dispensed.
5. Redemption and Verification:
- If you believe you have received a rare treasure hunt vehicle, it is your responsibility to verify the vehicle’s value through third-party sources.
- NVG is not responsible for the appraisal or resale of any vehicle obtained through the promotion.
6. Limitation of Liability:
- NVG is not liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the perceived value or rarity of the vehicles dispensed.
- Participation is at your own risk.
7. General Conditions:
- The promotion is open to all legal residents of Australia.
- NVG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
