Mystery Lane Starter Kit – 2 boxes of basics, 150 bags & decal sticker (Ony 1 required per machine)

Dear Hot Wheels Operator,

We are excited to introduce Mystery Lane, a new vending machine concept designed to engage customers, increase turnover, and enhance sales potential. This initiative adds an element of surprise and excitement by offering mystery bags containing Hot Wheels vehicles, including rare Treasure Hunt cars.

Before rolling it out nationwide, we conducted a trial in December at The Strand Coolangatta, and the results have been outstanding. Over the past two months, turnover increased by an average of 37%, with Mystery Lane vends now accounting for 41.78% of all sales from the machine. Given this success, we are now offering operators the opportunity to implement Mystery Lane in their machines.

How Mystery Lane Works:

• Mystery bags contain Hot Wheels vehicles, allowing customers to experience a fun surprise with each vend.
• Operators can use the mystery format to help clear slow-moving stock while maintaining a higher transaction value at a $5 RRP per Mystery Lane vend.
• Treasure Hunt vehicles – rare, highly sought-after collectibles – your customers have a 1 in 10,000 chance of finding a Treasure Hunt vehicle, creating buzz and excitement.

Implementation Guidelines

Premium Placement: Each time the Mystery Lane shelf is refilled, at least one premium or basic premium vehicle must be included.

Treasure Hunt Vehicles: If you place a Treasure Hunt vehicle in your machine, you must send a photo to admin@noveltyvend.com of the TH vehicle inside your vending machine.

Stock Management: To align with the 1 in 10,000 vend ratio, Treasure Hunt cars should only be placed once or twice per year per machine for profitability.

Bag Orders: Mystery Bags are priced at $0.20 + GST + Postage + Decal Sticker @ $15 each (1 Per Machine). Orders must be placed 30 days in advance. The maximum printing turn around time is 4 to 6 weeks. We will post the bags and decal sticker/s upon arrival.

Sticker Placement: The provided campaign sticker must be placed inside the glass, centred on the machine to ensure visibility.

Photo Submission: Operators must send photos of:

1. The initial implementation of the Mystery Lane setup.
2. Any Treasure Hunt vehicle placed in the machine.

These photos will be used for social media updates, creating excitement among collectors and casual customers alike.

Operators who do not implement Mystery Lane may miss out on increased foot traffic from collectors searching for rare Treasure Hunt cars.
